Veterinary Assistant
Hi I’m Laura. I am a veterinary assistant at Twin Rivers Veterinary Hospital. I have always wanted to become a vet. Dogs are my favorite animal and I have always wanted a career where I could care for them. I am currently attending TRU for animal biology with future goals of going into veterinary school. I am most interested in gastroenterology and exotic care. I love working in this field because I find it interesting to see all the unique cases that come into the clinic. I also love seeing the impact that veterinary care has on both the pets and the owners.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, drawing, making jewelry, watching films, and cuddling up to my two dogs, Ritchie and Bandit.
